Maier Sports Adventure Camp Contest

  1. The organizer of this Camp Contest is Maier Sports GmbH, Nürtinger Str. 27, 73257 Köngen (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).
  2. Participation in theCamp Contest takes place via Instagram or by email. To enter, participants must complete a task (Bingo) and either upload the picture/post including a tag or send it by email. All completed bingo tasks will enter the draw – it is important to state which task was successfully completed. Only complete entries will be considered by the Organizer.
  3. By participating, entrants accept these terms and conditions of participation.
  4. Procedure: Participants complete the bingo tasks and upload the corresponding picture on Instagram. Alternatively, it may be sent by email to erlebniscamp@maier-sports.de. Each participant can only enter once per bingo task. For every completed challenge submitted to Maier Sports (via DM, tagging, or upload including proof), one entry goes into the draw. Completing more tasks increases the chances of winning. Each completed “Bingo!” grants an extra entry. Completing all tasks results in a maximum of 26 entries.
  5. The prize: 3 winners will each receive 2 spots at the Maier Sports Experience Camp.
  6. The Maier Sports Experience Camp will take place from 12.02.2026 – 15.02.2026 and includes various sports activities as well as three nights with half-board accommodation at the Lechzeit Hotel in Elmen, Austria. Each winner and their companion will also receive a personal outdoor outfit from Maier Sports.

  9. All costs associated with the prize, in particular travel to and from the event location and meals beyond the half-board arrangement, must be borne by the winners themselves. Winners and their companions are responsible for their own travel arrangements, e.g., travel insurance.
  10. If a winner is unable to attend the trip for reasons not attributable to Maier Sports, they forfeit the prize and have no claim to compensation.
  11. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.
  12. By participating in the Maier Sports Experience Camp, entrants agree that their first name, images, and texts from their entry may be published on the official Maier Sports website, Facebook page, and Instagram account.

  14. Winners will be selected by 15.11.2025 based on the submitted bingo challenges and notified via email.
  15. Winners must confirm receipt of the prize notification immediately upon receiving the email, but no later than 30.11.2025, and provide required details (telephone number, clothing size, address, etc.). Otherwise, the Organizer reserves the right to draw new winners.
