Maier Sports GmbH has been working with a BSCI-certified supplier in India since 2016. The factory employs 73 people - information on their gender and length of service can be found in the Maier Sports GmbH CSR Report.

In response to widespread workplace harassment in India, the company conducted the Fair Wear Foundation's Workplace Education Basis Training in March 2021 to ensure a respectful working environment for all employees. In addition, an FWF audit took place in 2022 and a BSCI audit in 2024.
